Today I did training outside. My dad was training me. First i have to jog to my car and jog back. I then ran fast to my car and back. I also had to run in a zigzag through the obstacles. The obstacle was a milk bottle. My dad told me to run and touch the grass then run back to the lemon tree. I then had to lie on my stomach then when I stand up I had to tackle the tackle bag and do the same thing 3 times.
I felt tired and my ankle's were hurting .I really wanted to sit down. by Faiva
